Wow! We get a lot of really nice guitars roll through here but this guy would definitely be on the top of that list. Great condition, has some normal playing dingers and smudges but has been treated appropriately as the incredible acoustic sounding machine that it is. Comes with the original hardshell case. Here's what the Bozung site has to say about it:
The CB Special is Chris' tribute to the "parlor" guitars of the pre-War period.
The CB Special is the perfect guitar for fingerstyle playing and vocal accompaniment. Itl is especially well-suited for lead playing, and its exceptional focus of tone makes it perfectly suited for recording and stage performance over microphones. Its smaller body size also makes it a great choice for women, for male players with smaller hands, or for those who for whatever reason prefer a smaller guitar.
Although the width of the body is slightly smaller than a dreadnought (at 14-3/4" for the CB Special versus 15-5/8" for a dreadnought), the CB Special's extra-deep body means that it gives up very little "air space" to its larger-body cousin. The extra depth of the body provides the volume and power of a larger body, while the slightly smaller body width serves to focus the tone.
The CB Special, aside from being an exceptionally beautiful instrument, is a pint-sized powerhouse whose surprising volume, clarity and focus of tone will satisfy even the most experienced and discerning player.
