We are a small, but awesome, mom and pop shop, that cannot compete with
the 30 day "no questions asked" return policies of the large, corporate,
big box chains and mail order warehouses...we love guitars, and we love
and appreciate our customers...we're here to serve....but tone is
subjective. Naturally, if something is wrong with the item you receive from us,
we stand behind it and will take good care of you. We do have a 3 day approval
period on any item you purchase from us. If you don't like it, you can
return it for the full purchase price*, less shipping charges.
The product(s) may be returned within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving. We must
be notified of your intended return via e-mail or phone conversation, don't
leave a voice mail message please. Upon contacting us, the item must be
shipped within 24 hours with a tracking number notification sent to us by
the shipping company.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all
original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for
all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any
shipping charges. On new items, if there is use wear, damage or anything
that would prevent us re-selling the item "as new", the buyer may incur a
10-30% restocking fee. Naturally we would prefer not to charge a restock
fee because we want you to have the best possible experience with us. So
take great care when evaluating your recent purchase.
